Definitely Rhiana (although I slightly prefer the Rhianna spelling). It's not trendy or popular, and it's a lovely name. You could also use it as a nn for Rhiannon, if you wanted other options.

I'd avoid both McKenna and Riley, since they're both very trendy boy names (McKenna literally means "son of Kenna/Kenneth").

Kylie is cute for a little girl, but I can't see it aging well. I do like Kyla, nn Kylie, however. ;) Keep in mind that almost any K name (especially those ending in -lie, -lyn or -a) is rather trendy right now, though.

To be honest, I think your list needs some work...

McKenna - okay, but Mc- names are pretty much outdated now
Riley - fine, a bit boring and overdone
Kylie - WAY overdone... The Kayla trendy (Kayla/Kaylie/Kylie/Kyla/Kyra/Baylie/Hailey) is getting ridiculous. The name gets worse every time I hear it
Rhiana - Proper spelling is Rhianna. I prefer Rhiannon, but it is the best of the list

I like Rhiana the best, I think it's the most feminine. McKenna is/has been very trendy, and seems like a last name to me. Riley has the last name/boys name feel to me, no matter HOW many times it's selected for a girl. And I think Kylie is adorable but I prefer Rhiana. :-)
