I pronounce it El-la-nore. Is that what you mean by your first option? Everyone seems to be voting for that and I have only ever heard it pronounced this way.

I am originally from the midwest and say ella-nore. I now live in the Boston area and hear ella-ner often. Of course my daughter Victoria is frequently Victoree-er too.
