How would you spell Johnathon or would you just use John (sounds more grownup)?

  • Johnathon
  • Johnathan
  • Jonathon

Well, I voted for John---I think it's so classic and timeless, but also that's my brother's name and he's just wonderful, so I like the name. I like Jonathan spelled this way if you go with Jonathan, though.

I wouldn't use either Johnathon or Johnathan...I just think it looks like you couldn't decide between John and Nathan, so it's kind of like choosing both. Not that it's a bad thing, but I think the name is just SO typically spelled "Jonathan", that to spell it with the "h" in it looks like a misprint.

If you use Jonathon, I would spell it this way, w/ Jonathan being my second choice. For ann, I would use Jon. I don't like the H in JoHnathon for some reason. That being said, John on it's own is a good name as well. If you use it on it's own, I would spell it this way: John. I know, confusing, but my honest thoughts!

Jonathon nn Jon or Jack

John called John or nn Jack

I also think using the full name Jonathon is nice as well, no nns.
