I vote for one that's not listed: Kaitlin. I feel like if you're going to spell it with a "K" (which is non-traditional), you should keep the rest of the name predictable. That way she can just be "Kaitlin-with-a-'K'" rather than "Kaitlynn-spelt-'k-a-i-t-l-y-n-n'". It's shorter and simpler for everyone.

Is there a reason you're not considering Kaitlin?

Actually, from looking at your spellings, it appears that you're trying to make the name a composite of Kate and Lynn rather than an alternate spelling of Caitlin (which is a name with a very different heritage). If that's the case, then maybe Kaitlyn makes some sense, since it gets the "Lynn" part in there after the "Kate" sound, but Katelynn and the like look like they're composite "Kat Ellen"s to me.

Well, having already been through this debate with our first daughter (whom we named Kaitlyn - this spelling LOL), I'd have to say I prefer this to the other choices. We used the K spelling because her mn was already picked - Abrielle - and the K just happened to give her the same initials as mine, which we thought was a nice link without being matchy. ;)

I'd stay away from Katlyn and Katlynn, unless you don't mind a different pronunciation (many would say kat-lyn rather than kate-lyn with these).

Katelyn is ok, but I just don't like it nearly as much as Kaitlyn.

The -lynn spellings are a bit too much for me, since the extra N just seems unecessary, KWIM?

I also like Kaitlin, an option that wasn't listed (would be my second pick I think).

HTH! :)
