Italian girl name

Hi,
Although my married last name is not Italian, I would like to choose an Italian first name for our girl as I am 100% Italian.
What do you think of Malena Anne? It is pronounced as spelled. OR Milana Anne?
Opinions and other suggestions are welcome.
Thanks

I think Malena Anne is very pretty! I think the nn Lena would be cute.
I love the name Allegra. I know the allergy medicine has tainted it, but it's so pretty.
Other Italian girl names I like:
Annalisa
Aurelia (LOVE IT!)
Antonia
Bianca
Carmela
Catarina, nn Cate
Celia
Daniela
Francesca
Gisella
Isidora
Leonora
Lucia
Mariana
Marisa (although I'd hate for this to be mispronounced as Mar-IS-sa)
Perla
Renata
Silvia
Simone
Sofia
Susana
Veronica
Viola
Viviana
See any that you like? HTH and GL!

Thanks belle_petite for the siggy!
Agnese would be pronounced more like on-YAEH-zaeh, actually. It's somewhere between on-YAY-zay and on-YEH-zeh. I'm not sure what the Americanized pronunciation would be... on-YAY-zeh? on-YEH-zeh?
The American pronunciation of Marcella is with an "s" sound, so in America it would always be pronounced that way. If she were in Italy or Italian class, it would be pronounced with a "ch." I'm Valerie, which in German sounds sort of like FALL-e-rie, and in Italy I went by Valeria. Not a problem at all : )
Anyway, Malena is ok but I don't know whether to pronounce it Malayna or Malina, so I can see pronunciation being a problem. I like alot of the other suggestions you've gotten, though! Marcella is one of my favorites!
good luck,
v
