Hello, I'm new. I just found out on Sunday that I am pregnant. I think I am going to learn the sex of the baby as soon as I can.

I have been obsessed with baby names since I was little and have a few. I would value your input:

Caroline
Adeline or Adelyn (Addie)
Michaela
Stella/Estella (I always call my bf "my star", and that's what it means)
Amelia
Charlotte
Leah
Mira (would like to use as a middle name)

Declan (my favorite, by far, but baby's last name will not go)
Aaron
Michael (way too common, but I like it. No Mike though or Mikey)
Jack

Congratulations!

I like your taste in names! Declan is one of my favorites, too. Too bad it won't work with your last name.

I don't think that there is a dog in your list. The only thing you might not be aware of, being newly pregnant, is the popularity of some of these names. You probably know that Michael is very popular, but Jack is another HUGELY popular name right now. If you don't want your child to be one of 5 in his class, avoid those names.

The only very popular name on your girl's list is Caroline, but Amelia and Charlotte are up-and-comers. I point this out because my daughter's name is Charlotte, and it irks me how popular it's getting. It's too annoying. How dare all these people get pregnant after me and steal my daughter's name! lol

Good luck!

I don't hate any of those names.
