I love the name Caroline also. Good Luck!
Katherine and Catherine might be meant to sound as if there are three syllables, but ultimately people say it too fast and it always just sounds like Kath-RIN
I like Delaney and Sierra the best of your first name list. both would sound fine with Katherine as a middle name
My daughter (born 8/12) is Miriam Katherine, so that gets my vote! :-D

I really like Amelia Katherine or Lydia Katherine. Those are both beautiful, feminine names! HTH

I'm Swedish and
I pronounce Kathryn with two syllables and Catherine with 3. I think if you wanted to combine the two, I prefer the Katherine spelling.
Of the other names you have listed, I like Lydia, Lorelai and Caroline, which I think would go great with your DS name. I used to like Delaney, until I read that it means "Enemy's child" so I'm not so much into that name now, lol.
