The name is fine..but not the spelling..since Caden is traditionally a unisex name, even though it currently is more common for boys I would not use a spelling that seems to point to it being used for a girl..the Kay looks like a girls spelling to use Kay as a nn...
the spelling Kayden is just too feminine looking to me. Caden or Kaden is better for a boy.
