For me, it depends on the length of your last name. If you have a really short ln, I'd vote Emily, if you have a 3+ syllable last name, I'd vote Belle. I really like Leah, though! Beth
Leah is an absolutely beautiful name! However, I don't think it goes with Belle at all. Belle seems cute and frilly, while Leah is classic, distinguished. Emily also fits that type of name--beautiful, but classic and down-to-earth. Leah Emily is definitely a winner!

"Leah Belle" runs together in a way to create the illusion of one name: "Label".
"Label" is what it sounds like.
"Leah Emily" is better.
For that reason....
Might I suggest "Leia Emily"? It is more dressed-up......
