I'm sorry, but I couldn't vote. I really don't like any of the choices in any combo.

Lurkin....used to live on this board! My youngest DD is Lilybet Rhian (ree-ann) I was excited to see your her fn here! May I ask where you found it? We've only ever seen it in one book...under Lilibet w/Lilybet being an alternate spelling. It is the supposed nn of Queen Elizabeth.

My grandmother was Elizabeth and called Lilybet as a nn when she was young. I just love Lily but our last name starts with Wil so I liked to bet to break it up. Adelaide and Electa are my g -gmther and gg-gmthers names and I liked using them all together. I remember your posts - I love your names! Currently, we are about to have a baby boy to be named Graham Roberts and I love toying with names. We are thinking Emma Claire or Lilybet Adelaide Electa for a girl.

Lilybet is listed on a bunch of websites as a Welch name. Curious do you pronounce it Lil-ah-bet or Lil-ee-bet. I prefer Lil-ee-bet but my grandmother pron. the other way.

Isabella is my favorite girls name but dh has a bad association with it so I can't use it! Boohoo! So, I'm working on him for Lilybet for our next little one!!

I love the name Lilybet! It's on my list of best names, but it's not one that I could ever use because it would sound ridiculous with my last name, which begins with L. I actually prefer the spelling of Lilibet a little. I ran across the name in a book club flyer, advertising a biography by the same name about Queen Elizabeth, and it's been on my mind ever since. Both pronounciations are good, but Lil-a-bet is the one that flies off my tongue naturally. I voted for Lilybet Addie. I think it has a certain irresistable cuteness to it. You are so lucky that your grandmother's had such wonderful names. Electa sounds very erudite and sophisticated.

Good luck!

P.S. I love the name Graham, too. We must be on the same name wavelength.
