Both are nice, I love Sienna so I voted for it! Lina/Lena I prefer as a nickname for something longer like Angelina, Galina/Galena, Carlina, Carolina, etc.
These have totally different feels to me, so Lina easily got my vote. ;)
This was actually my great-grandmother's name, and I always thought it was so simple and classic. I think with the many old-fashioned/classic type names currently making a comeback, a little Lina would fit in beautifully!
Sienna, on the other hand, is incredibly trendy and only brings to mind a laxative (Senna) or a Toyota, so there is no way I could vote for that one.
I voted for Lina because my grandmother's name was Lena. I like the Lena spelling better because I had friend in college named Lina (Angelina). She said that people always called her Line-a or Lynn-a.
I couldn't vote for Sienna because I drive a Toyota Sienna and I only think "minivan" when I hear the name.
Ooh, I like Linnea (lin-AY-uh). That would definitely get my vote if it were an option. I voted for Sienna, but probably would have chosen Lena with this spelling. I'm not as fond of Lina, though.

Good luck!
