To me, unisex means used EQUALLY for both sexes.
Last year there were 13,258 boys born and named Logan. There were 747 girls born and named Logan. It's not a POPULAR name for girls (it is for boys) And it appears to be falling in popularity for girls. (Numbers for the last five years: 2000 -- 997; 2001 -- 1040; 2002 -- 921; 2003 -- 883; 2004 -- 894) So no, Logan is not even close to unisex.
That said, obviously Logan IS being used for girls. It's quite possible that you will run across a female Logan. (It's also quite possible you will run across a female Michael -- I've known three. That doesn't make it unisex.) So if you want a name that is not being used AT ALL for girls, you'll want to avoid this one. But I definitely wouldn't call it unisex.
Annie had some similar thoughts, but I just wanted to reiterate. There's a huge difference between unisex names and masculine names occasionally used for girls. A unisex name is not mainly associated with one gender or the other and stands an equal chance of being used by either.
Masculine names are often used for girls, however, and this is nothing new (although it is rather "trendy" at the moment). Still, that doesn't mean names like Logan, Mason or Jadon are "girl" names or even unisex. It just means these particular parents prefer a masculine name for their dds. As Annie pointed out, you'd be much more likely to run into a boy named Logan than a girl, but you can't count on it NOT being used on girls. Just like you can't assume you won't run into little girls named Michael, George or Jeffrey (I even know a woman named Jeffrey-John LOL).

My 4 year old is Logan and if he was going to be a girl I was still going to use Logan. When I look back now I'm glad I didn't have a girl and name her Logan. I know of 3 Logan's (all boys, 9, 7, and 4 years of age), that's including mine. It seems all boy to me. :)
