Hooray! Lydia was one of my suggestions, I'm glad you like it. I love Lydia, I think it's gorgeous. Like Jacqueline I think it's cute for a little girl, but classy and professional for an adult. It's not very common - according to the SSA it ranks #126 and that's the most popular it has ever been (as a frame of reference, Jacqueline is #108 and it was most popular in 2000 when it was #63). Personally, I don't know any little girls with this name and it's been on my long list of favorites for years. I like all of your middle name choices. Lydia Catherine and Lydia Elise are my favorites!

It's not common at all yet it's pretty. I like Lydia Elise best BUT since the others are family names I'd choose Lydia Marie or Lydia Catherine instead!

I love Lydia!

Lydia Catherine "flows" best, I think, in the absence of a surname.
Have you read/seen Pride and Prejudice? Lydia and Kitty (Katherine) are the two youngest Bennet girls, famously described by their father as "two of the silliest girls in the country"- but I don't think that's the association that everyone's going to make, nor is it necessarily a bad one :)
