I really like Aria Louisa, but only spelt this way. Luisa looks very odd to me. Aria Louise has even better flow though.
I like Elise, but spelt this way. I dislike the added "y" and it seems very unnecessary.
By process of elimination, I voted for Elisabeth, but it is such a common name and I would really prefer something a bit less expected- Aria Simone? Aria Charlotte? Aria Madeleine? Aria Leanne? Aria Corinne? Aria Jane? Aria Blythe? Aria Natalie? Aria Sage?
I think Aria Luisa flows the best. Since the FN ends in a vowel and the other 2 MN begin with a vowel the names run together for me. I think Aria Luisa is very pretty!

Luisa is just a Spanish version of Louisa.

Two names that end in 'a' sound sing-songy to my ears, so I don't like Aria Luisa (any spelling).
