Iaian Conall got my vote. I love the name Conall. It flows very nicely. Your other selections are nice as well and do flow nice but I really like the name Conall.

Iain Conall got my vote, too. I really like the flow of it, and I think it sounds like a solid name.

Iain Alistair would be my second choice b/c it has a great sound, too. I don't like the look of it as much, though -- there are too many A's and I's in there.

Iain Tierney sounds a bit feminine to me, especially since I think Ian is a softer name anyway. (I like the name a lot, but it's not as "strong" to me as some boy's names, so I prefer it with a "stronger" mn. Of course, that's JMO.)

Iain Seamus is just okay, IMO. Seamus is a fine name, but I can't get over the word "shame" in there. And Iain Seamus screams IRISH to me -- it's almost too much if that makes sense.

Any of these really would be great, and I know I'm being picky. :-) Iain Conall is definitely my favorite, though.

Ok, Annie ... only one other person seems to agree at the moment, but I think Iain Tierney flows the best (got my vote), followed closely by Iain Connall. Iain Alistair is my least favorite combo (you know I like both names themselves ;), but only because it just sounds off to me ... almost like I'm about to say Iain Allen (like Ethan Allen) but then changed my mind, KWIM? ;)
