The only name that really flows well at all is Tula Grace, but I didn't want to vote for that because Grace is SO overdone as a mn. A lot of the choices I like, but because they either begin or end in an "a", they don't flow well. Tula Bella is too singsongy, but I think you are on the right track with that one.

What about..

Tula Simone

Tula Brynn

Tula Blythe

Tula Mae

Tula Jane

Tula Faye

Tula Corinne

Tula Elise

I was going to agree that Grace certainly sounds best, though it's nms, but the fact that Theresa has such special meaning behind it is much more important than sound alone, KWIM? If it bothers you, however, you could use Therese, avoiding both fn and mn being T_____a (capped off with

I voted for Tula Theresa because the other names seem to be of a completely different style than Tula. How are you pronouncing it? I am assuming te-RAY-sa which is my favorite but no matter which way if it was your g-mas name it is perfect!

My first thought was also Tallulah Belle Willis...

I like the suggestion of using Tula as a nn for Theresa. It seems like the best of both worlds.

Knowing that it has family significance, I would definiely go with Tula Theresa. It is not that bad at all. The flow isn't perfect, but the meaning behind the name is more important. A very sweet choices.

I agree with the PP who said the only one that flows very well is Tula Grace but since Grace is so over done I hate to vote for it! After reading all the other posts though I went back and changed my vote to Tula Theresa. Yes it has similar sounds but the meaning behind the name is far more important. Go with it! I really like Tula btw. :)

I voted for Tula Theresa because of the significance for you but my real feeling is that I don't like Tula Coppola period.

Are you using Tula as a Greek name, because you can also spell it Toula ;)
