I think that Kaelyn and Kelsey are too similar. Dakota doesn't seem to work with Kaelyn. I do like the idea of both daughters mn starting with the letter M.

What about (I think that the mn Mae or Maeve would work with any of these):
Calla
Talia
Tegan
Carley
Quinn
Alana
Ariana
Brenna
Cassia
Danica
Elise
Evadne
Gemma
Melia
Marina

Do you like any of these?

Dakota is nms, and I do like Kelsey but I would avoid another K name with sis Kaelyn. You could consider Chelsea instead. I like Kaelyn and Brooke as sisters.

Thank you for all your suggestions. They are all very different and hubby is not too keen on different names. He didn't even really like Dakota. Picking names is SO stressful! Ughhh LOL Thanks again for your help!

NMS = Not My Style

Your response made me smile :) To me Kaelyn is unique and I was trying to find names that matched it in style. Chosing a name is important and it is great that you are giving it so much thought. I liked the idea of Chelsea. Here are some names that are not too different, but that I think match/fit with Kaelyn IMO (in my opinion):

Adrianne/a
Alexa
Bethany
Robin
Cassidy
Cora
Danielle
Aubrey/Audrey
Gina
Iris
Jade
Lucy
Phoebe - six letters like Kaelyn
Rachel
Reece
Sierra - it is kind of like Dakota, so your husband may have issues with it, but I think it works with Kaelyn. Maybe Sienna?
Sydney - I really like this with your daughter's name.

Good luck, I know you find something wonderful!

Thanks again! To us Kaelyn isn't that unique. Katelyn is quite popular where we live. That is why we decided to take the T out of it. And we have met a lot of Kaelyns (with different spellings) since we had her, so it's getting common too I guess. My problem with picking names is assocating other people with the names. We waited 10 years to have our first daughter, and now 3 years inbetween our daughter and this baby. So all the of the "good" names have already been "taken" by family or friends so I don't want to use them. You know what I mean? A lot of the names on your list have been taken too. But I do appreciate it.

Kelsey sounds GREAT with Kaelyn. Kelsey Dakota is nice together but Dakota Kelsey is not an option....too boyish.
