I love it, but so do a lot of people! It was my Grandmother's middle name, so it very well be used in that spot for me some day as well...but I have a lot of other family mn I like just as much.

I love the name Emma. It's beautiful and simple, it's feminine without be too over the top "girly girl" for me. However I would never consider using it due to it's popularity. My oldest DD has at least 4 very close friends named Emma that I can think of just off the top of my head! I love it but DH and I have a rule about no names that are in the top 20 for popularity for our kids.

I used to love it... but it has lost some if its appeal because of popularity.

Love it, but it's been done to death. There are 5 Emma's in my DD's preschool- and it isn't a big school.

It is a pretty, feminine, formerly old-fashioned/classic name.
