Emma Julianne. Absoultely love it. Classy & beautiful. However, Emma is so popular, I acn hardly take it. I see it on polls all the time.

Hailey Renee. I've never cared for Renee. Only like Hayley or Haley. It's getting so trendy these days. I now would consider using it only as a nn for Mahalia.

Rachel EMily. Gmv. Beautiful, timeless, classic.

Kyla Mackenzie. I know a Kayla who was constantly called Kyla at her d/c. Now, w/ the sure of Kaylee/Kayla, I think Kyla might get lost in the mix. It is also slightly hard sounding. I do like Ciara (Kee-ra) which is kind of similar & has a softer sound to it. Mackenzie is not good for a girl, imho, not even in the middle unless it has family significance.

I have to agree with you about Emma! That is my biggest issue with it. It's so darn popular! I feel the same about Kyla also. It's a pretty name, but so similar to the others. I am not one to pick really popular names for my children either, so I'm sure those 2 will get tossed! LOL

this is a very conservative board for the most part. Emma and Rachel got most of the votes for that reason. If you name her Emma she will probably be one of about 10 in her kindergarten class. They are everywhere and it's still going strong. It's also very old-fashioned, I guess a lot of people are into that now. Rachel is traditional but not nearly as popular, it would be your better bet of the two. I voted for Kyla Mackenzie becauase I favor more mordern names. Hailey is also extremely popular right now. It's in the top 10, but would probably be more like 2 or 3 if they lumped all the spellings together, which they don't.

I voted for Hailey Renee, but I really would choose Emma Renee. I love the name Renee! And I just LOVE Emma, even though it is so popular. As you have paired though Hailey Renee sounds great and looks cute.
