Names you like but are too popular

I LOVE the name Audrey but it's getting really popular. I predict it will be the new Emily or Emma in a few years.
I also love Caleb but it's already in the top ten.
I don't want my kids to have the same name as 50 other kids in the school!

Thanks belle_petite for the siggy!
"Aubrey" would be a beautiful alternative to Audrey. It was my Great-Grandmothers name. She was a lovely person.
My friend named her son "Calem", I thought it was unique and perfect.
Randi
I love Olivia, Madeline, and Emma, but they're too popular.
Hannah is a family name (seriously--at least one in every generation for about the past 14), and it's always been a favorite, so I'm disappointed that it's in the top 10 these days. I also love Emma and Abigail. (God, I'm a walking cliche!) They feel so warm and sweet to me. I really understand why people go ahead and use them despite their popularity.
Luckily, a lot of the names that I love are much less popular, and if I do cave and use Hannah or Abigail, it will definitely be as a middle name rather than a first name.
I also really love Elijah, but considering the speed with which it's becoming popular, I'm afraid it will have reached saturation levels by the time I have kids.
On a somewhat related topic, I find it interesting that some names that are relatively "low" in the rankings are considered cliched by a lot of people (ex., for girls, Riley at 53 and Madeline at 69). I thought maybe it was because they had been very popular and we were saturated, but both are at their highest points right now, and still not that high in the rankings. Maybe Riley because it's used for both boys and girls, or because there are so many names that rhyme with it (Kylie, etc.)? And Madeline because Madisons are often called Maddie, and it's really the nickname that is too popular, rather than the name itself?

Like the name Annabel, it seems very popular to me even though it's not even in the top 100. It just has a popular feel to it. My husband and I were considering it but then we kept hearing about people naming their babies Annabel. So, that was out.
Isabella and Sophia. They have been 2 of my favorite names forever and they are 2 names DH actually loves too. I was so bummed when I saw them start to climb the charts!
