I really like this because I can see what names are being used! I am surprised to see several Aaron's on the lists--I had not heard anyone use that name in awhile so it was surprising to me. I saw no Brendan's at all, which is another surprise. Around here, it seems I am always running into a Brendan, although they are a few years older.

As for my name thoughts for this baby: Cameron made an appearance a few times, as did Joshua, but not as often as i thought it would for being in the top 10 for so long.

My boys are too young for school, not in preschool yet, so I thought I'd list some kids that we know from age 5 down to newborn.......

Noah
Gabriel
Elizabeth
Carina
Emma (2 of them)
Kyle
Angelina
Allison
Alexis
Blake
Kaitlyn
Skylar
Aiden
Kyra
Adam
Luke
Madison (2 of them)
Jonathan
Marissa
Matthew (2 of them)
Dylan (2 of them)

I have to ask ... is one child's name really Da-one. As in "The One"? Hmmmm ... no comment. ;)

~Kelli

Ps. Ok, I won't comment on the "name," but I will tell you of a similar experience my mom had. She teaches Sunday School occasionally, and one morning about a year ago had a little boy who'd never been there before. Apparently, whomever brought him to the classroom didn't leave any information, including his name, so all day she was trying to ask him his name so she could write it on his papers, stop calling him "honey" or "little boy" (LOL), etc. Every time she asked him, he'd reply with something that sounded like Yudamin, so finally that's what she wrote (he was about 3 or 4, by the way). When his mom came to pick him up and saw his "name" written on all his papers, she burst out laughing. Apparently, as she explained to my mother, she often told him "You da man!" -- so often, in fact, that the poor child thought it was his given name. ROFL! Luckily, it was not. ;)

Da-one's name is pretty horrid isn't it? It is pronounced da-Juan. He is a real PITA too!!!!
