Sorry, but I think it needs a little tweaking. First of all, I think the Lynn needs to go. It's very feminine and doesn't flow well as the last name ends in -an AND the other mn ends in -on... it's just too much.
Also, what's with the weird spelling of Zachary? Zackrie just looks weird to me. Have you considered Isaac? I think its sort of similar to Zachary, but nicer IMO. Just an idea.
Zachary Oulton Mullican would be nicer. I like Oulton a lot by the way.

Please don't write in all caps. It looks like you're yelling.
Zackrie looks misspelled. Zachary is the correct spelling of the name. I've never heard the name Oulton, so I don't know what to say to that. Alton is a similar name that I've heard, is it supposed to be like that? Lynn is fine.

Zachary Alton Lynn Mullican would be my preference

I like it, except for the speling "Zackrie". It doesn't fit with the rest of the name. Zachary would make it look so much classier. I've never seen Oulton before, but I have no problem with it. I know a few guys named Lynn or with Lynn as a middle name, so I don't really have a problem with it either.

Zachary Oulton Lynn Mullican sounds good to me.

I honestly hate it. I hate how you spelled it. I also don't like Lynn on a boy.
