Rayna Joelle GMV because of the repeated "ain" in Rayna Jane--when I say it out loud it's almost like I'm saying Rainy Day. What are your other girls' names? That would help to make some other suggestions...

When I see Rayna Jane, I feel like saying Rayna Jayna; it's a little too singsong. On the other hand, I think Rayna Joelle is very pretty.

Rayna and Jane almost rhyme, so I definitely think you should go with Rayna Joelle.

Rayna Joelle FLOWS better, but Jane is so beautiful and classy, whereas Joelle isn't really my style, so I voted for Rayna Jane anyways.

Rayn and Jane - same exact sound except for the first letter - the long A thing in both is not a good sound

I voted for Joelle but - Janay might also work for you - pronouncec ( jen-nay).
