I think Betsy is a nice nod to your mom and g-ma without using the same exact nn (and Betsy has a more childish feel to me than Betty, so it makes sense in my mind). My next favorite(s) from your list would be Elise and Eliza, depending on which feel you prefer. Elise has a soft, sweet feel, while Eliza comes across as a bit spunkier, I think. FWIW, Elise makes more sense as a shortened form of Elisabeth, and Eliza for Elizabeth.
You might also consider avoiding more common or overly-popular nns like Ellie and Emma, since she already shares her given name with so many in your immediate family. A more unusual nn would help set her apart and give her something a little more "hers" if she ever feels she wants that. Hopefully that makes sense. ;)
Also, have you considered Izzy, Ibbie, Shibley or Bess? Just a thought.
ETA: Ok, I see Izzy's out, but I stand by the others. LOL

(I could also tolerate Bitzy)
With 2 Betty's and a Beth, I think Betsy would keep the tradition best and yet still be unique!
Plus every second girl is Ella, Ellie, Emma, Eliza or Elise...so I would not want one of those.
Libby is a can of baked beans or soup.
Bettina is cute too....
so I guess I could have voted Bettina or Betsy. (I actually voted Betsy...it sounds cute)
My daughter is Elizabeth Nicole we call her lizy-cole
I voted for Ellie but my first choice would be Betsy (love it, love it, love it!). I was just thinking it would be too close to Beth and Betty? WDYT? Also, why not Lizzy?
GL!
My sister already has a niece nn Liz, so I'd rather avoid Liz & Lizzy. It'll be bad enough having two Elizabeth's, but since it's such a family tradition on my side of the family, I really don't think it's necessary for me to not use it just because my sister's husband's brother's child is also named Elizabeth :) Especially if they both go by nicknames.
P.S. We usually only see the other Elizabeth every other year at Thanksgiving.
Thanks everyone for your responses!

I have a couple of friends who are Elizabeth ... one goes by "Becky" and one goes by "Liza" not like Liza Minelli, but with the short I like in "Liz" but with A on the end.
