Opinions: Trinity for a girl. (Our daughter's name is Tiara)

  • I love the name Trinity
  • I like the name Trinity
  • I don't care for the name Trinity
  • I hate the name Trinity
  • NMS, but sounds okay with Tiara as a sister.
  • Note: We like different names. She's 1/2 African Am & 1/2 White.

Michelle,

Thanks so much for writing. I am just getting around to checking this again. I do like some of your suggestions such as:

Talia, Tatiana, Taisha & Tallulah (all are very cute!)

Here's my girl "T" list that I had before I found out that DH wanted to stick with our original plan of naming the next girl Trinity...

Tallia
Talise
Tayana
Talina
Tiandra
Tynan
Tayla
Tailyn
Talya
Taryn
Taryssa
Taleyna
Tarina
Tariana
Tailey
Tasia
Taylie
Taline
Talivia
Talivya
Tiya
Tenaya
Tarina

I really like Tasia, but we have a friend who's daughter has that name. But I think it's super cute and rolls off the tongue very well.

As of now, I think we're for sure sticking with Trinity... but the more I read some of the others on my list I start to wonder if we should consider more. I'm really liking Tayana (though it might sound too similar to Tiara), Talina, Taleyna, Talivia, Tiya and your suggestion of Talia (but maybe Talya). I'm finding that I really like T names that end it "a"... eventhough Trinity doesn't.

Thanks again for your response and for taking the time to give suggestions! That's really sweet of you!

-Heather
