I have to admit I couldn't vote, but here are my comments with big brother Cisco:

Cecelia (nn Ce Ce) -- this is much too similar to Cisco for me, especially with the nn "Ce Ce"

Sela -- also too close in sound

Gillian -- not close at all, but I didn't want to simply vote for it by default

Catherine (nn Caty) -- normally I'd like it, but I still don't like the similar sounds (this time from the end of Cisco and beginning of Catherine) or alliterative C initials ... I'd look at some other letters if I were you

Cora -- love the name, but same problem as above (even more so, actually, since COra begins exactly the same as CisCO ends). Almost like you don't like any other sound, KWIM? Say them together and it sounds like a bit of a stutter -- Cisco, Cora. You'd probably end up running their names together a lot when calling them, too, ending up with something more like Ciscora

Elisabeth (nn Bess) -- not too similar, although you do have the "iss" sound in the same spot in both names. If you do go with this, you might want to use a different nn that's not as S-ey, however.

Tough choice here...

I immediately eliminated Cora, Sela, and Cecelia b/c I think they're too close in sound to big brother Cisco. (I'm assuming that's his given name and not a nn?)

That left me with Gillian, Catherine/Caty, and Elisabeth/Bess. Since Cisco is such an unusual name, I felt that little sis needed something a bit different, too, so I went with Elisabeth/Bess. I think that Cisco and Bess sound great together, and I like that she has lots of other options to choose from if she ever decides that Bess isn't right for her.
