Luke is the winning name in my poll. I REALLY need some ideas for a middle name! I would rather not use the name Lucas. The only two I can come up with are Luke Andrew and Luke Aaron, which I really don't like that much. My husband likes the name Alex better. So please let me know which middle name you like better Alex Grant, Alex Cole, Alex Cade, Alex Peyton. Or any other ideas. Thanks so much!

I think Luke Alexander is nice!

I like all of the middle name choices for Alex (except for Peyton), but only if you will be using Alexander.

I don't think i need to set a single name in stone yet. I like Luke, my husband likes Alex. If there isn't a name that fits well with Luke then i'll have to give in and let him win:(

I like the mn Peyton, and I think it sounds good with both Luke and Alex.

I like Luke better. I like Luke Andrew better than Luke Aaron. I also think Luke Matthew sounds really good together.

Cole and Cade do not sound good with Alex. the x-sound and the hard-C sound are too alike, so the X in Alex runs together with the C to start Cole or Cade. Grant is OK, Payton has a better sound, but doesn't seem to match up with Alex in style - I think you need a more traditional mn with Alex - something like Matthew, Thomas, William, Benjamin, David, Daniel etc.

good luck.

What about Luke Alexander? I don't care for Alex as a given name, I would prefer to see Alexander, Alejandro, Alexis, Alexei, etc., nn Alex. For Luke, I LOVE the combo Luke Edward! Other combos: Luke Matthew, Luke William, Luke Nathaniel, Luke Patrick, Luke David, Luke Victor, Luke Sebastian
