IMO it is completely unisex and completely dependent on the middle name to denote sex.

It can go both ways, although I really prefer it for a boy.
I like Rylee or Rylie for a girl and Reilly (super awesome name!) for a boy.

I wouldn't use it for either sex, b/c it has become unisex. I originally thought it to be a boy's name, but too many people have been suggesting it for girls, so I would just leave it out of the mix. But that's just me.

I would have to vote "neither". Its a last name.

Ditto to what Miss Krayon said. I like your style!

Riley makes a great name for a toy breed puppy though :)

I actually just did a poll on this name myself! DH and I are considering naming our baby this if we have a boy, but we're spelling it Reilly, which I think makes it a little more masculine. In my poll about 70% of the people have voted that it is a good boy's name.
