Which of these names sounds the best with a one syllable last name?

I absolutely love Maya with Cora and I think it fits your description of what you like in a name perfectly.

Plus I love Maya Angelou (the writer) and Maya Rudolph (the comedien/actress) so I have lot's of positive connotations for the name!

I love Sabina, all the names on your list are lovely though... my second choice would be Fiona.

My favorites are Anya, then Maya; great taste! Cora and Anya or Cora and Maya would make lovely sister names.

I think Fiona goes really well with Cora, and I don't see any reason why in general it wouldn't work with a single-syllable last name. :) I have a single syllable last name, and if my husband liked Fiona more, I'd probably put it on my list.

the only one I don't care for is Sabina. Fiona would be my first choice. but Maya and Anya are both lovely. good luck!
