Ho'olai is a complex one but definitely beautiful! That's my vote.

Kaiko to me is a nn, only because I grew up with a Kalani (blonde hair, blue eyes, not one bit Hawaiian but a mom who was infatuated with Hawaiian names), and we all called her Kaiko. I think my favorite from your list is Ho'olai. It would help to know if this baby was a girl or a boy, since I'm not familiar with which of these are feminine names and which are masculine. But if it's a girl, I love Leilani.

so sorry i should have posted which were boy and girl names. my sister is also infatuated with hawaiian names although we are part hawaiian she lives in san diego though. her son,and husband both have long hawaiian names me on the other hand i like regular normal names(not really into hawaiian names). any way she is due next month (hope she sends me lots of baby dust)and she doesnt know the sex of her child so shes trying to pick a boy and girl name.

ho'olai which means peaceful is a girl name and its my fav also i hope she has a girl lol
