When you say "Spanish boy", are you also looking for a Spanish name? Or are you just trying to show that he has some Spanish/Latino heritage? I don't think that a name has to be chosen just based on his ethnicity, but if you like a Spanish name, then it would work great.
What about Patrick Miguel? Or Mateo Patrick?
I voted for Michael Patrick b/c I'm not a big fan of Matthias or Andrew, but I'd love to see a Spanish name in there if it fits his heritage.
Good luck making a decision!

No, I live in Tenerife in Spain and he needs a name that can be said in English and Spanish or a Spanish first name and English second name. My side of the family is all English, but because I live in Spain and his dad is Spanish he needs a Spanish name aswell.
Michael and Patrick can both be said in English and Spanish
and Matthias is Spanish and Andrew English
I like the combinations of these names just curiose how many other people like them
I don't really like much of the typical Spanish names because they're used too much over here and some sound like old mans names.
It's really complicated for me to choose a name because of family and where i live most of my friends are Spanish.
I'm actually only 16 years old and would be greatful for any help.
Thanks, Val
I haven't yet voted... because it depends what you're looking for...
If you ask me which name I like better regardless of ethnicity, I would choose Michael Patrick.
If you are looking for a "Spanish style" name, Matthias Andrew would be more Spanish than Michael Patrick (which, to me, sounds more Irish than Spanish).
Both are good though!
Best Wishes!
Ah, okay. So when you said "Spanish," you really meant Spain. :-) I hear "Spanish" used in so many different ways, so I wanted to clarify.
If you live in Spain, I'd go with Matthias over Michael. Even though Michael can be said in Spanish, I think it's nicer to honor the baby's father and the country you live in with a truly Spanish name. I actually prefer Matthias Patrick to Matthias Andrew, but either one is nice.
Good luck!
Stephanie
I LOVE the name Matteo.
