I would vote for Graydon. ???

Not to be rude but me
Thank you so much you for opinion. We intend to call him by nn of Grey, I just wanted something longer for legal documents. DH has said no to Grady and Greyson (excellent suggestions IMO). What do you think of Grey as his FN? Grey Scott Higgins? Greyden Scott Higgins? BTW, the person we are naming him after is William Grey nn Grey, but DH does not want to have our son go by his MN. Turns out DH is just as picky as I am :)
TIA
Melanie
I usually like longer names too but I like Grey Scott Higgins much better than Greyden Scott Higgins (any spelling).
I just thought of something - Grey Scott sounds a lot like "Great Scot!" which is an exclamation some people use.

I agree that I really prefer Grady or Grayson/Gracen to Graydon, which seems made-up.
