Can't vote, none of those choices are appealling at all! What about Thomas, Theodore, Timothy, Tobias, Thane or even Troy?

Impressions:

Tal - sounds like a nickname
Teague - feminine looking
Trice - reminds me of how my Irish grandmother said "thrice"
Tyson - the chicken brand, or Mike Tyson. Neither is appetizing

Thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, nothing you listed is my style - LOL! My parents have a dog named Toby so Tobias is a no as well as Thane because it makes me think of Shame and the others are too common.

I agree with you about the Tal - I went to school with a guy named Tal and his name was Talmadge which I don't care for - a person on another board suggested her sons name which is Talesin and they call him Tal. I worried about Teague appearing feminine but it is my favorite so far.

Thanks for your input.

I like Trace (adding to my list), Tyler is too common and Tristan sounds feminine to me.

Thanks for your input.

Teague is the only name of yours I like at all. Tal is nice, but only as a nn for something like Talbot. Other T names that are a little unusual:

Trapper
Tate
Thaddeus (nn Thad)
Truman
Tucker

What about Talon, nn Tal...I kind of like that :)

Some other "T" suggestions... Tate, Trevor

Teague is my favorite from your list... or even Teagan...

I'd avoid Trice like anything - 'a trice' means 'quickly' it actually came from 'at one tug' in Middle English so you've got a name there that sounds like he's over before he even hits the ground.
