That is the one we had decided on. I love it, but for some reason he is really liking Brittin/Brittan/Britton! We saw the name Britt the other day and really liked it so I guess that is why. Of course I had suggested this name in the beginning, but at that time he didn't like it!! MEN!!
I love your daughter's name. How do you pronounce it? Long a or short a at the beginning? I am assuming that the second part lydia is like the name? I have a friend looking for an A and thought I would pass it on to her.
Thanks again for your thoughts. ~Melissa

Melissa--I saw you said that your friend was looking for an A name and I have one to suggest. My best friend is Alida, pronounces Ah-leeda. It was her grandmother's name. Its very unique, but not out there.

As for your DH's name change, I prefer Brinley over the other choice. I really think Brinley is great and fits with your other children's names!

Good luck!

I really like Brittan for a girl (I may have to put that one on my list) but I think it's too close to Brayden so I voted for Brinley Renee. I love Brinley, too. Good luck!

Alida is very pretty and I can't wait to share it with her. As far as Brinley, I think it sounds best too, so hopefully that is what we will stick with. I like both names, so I am really okay with either, but I think I like Brinley more. We had decided on Brinley two months ago, so I am having a hard time not thinking Brinley and can't believe he wants to possibly change it. Thanks!

Thank you! I am just so confused right now. I thought we'd decided and now we are down to the last minutes and I don't know what to do. Luckily it looks like most are chosing Brinley, so once I tell hem that maybe he will decide it is the better name. Brittan was a name I wanted at the beginning and he didn't like it so now I am over it and he likes it. MEN!!!

Thank you for having Brittan on your list. I am so loving the name and I mentioned it to dh tonight and he said 'yeah, that's cute', that's the most reaction I've gotten out of him for a girl's name. I like a few others but this one really pops out at me. I think it goes very well with my boy's names, too. Ethan, Logan, and Brittan. Anyhow, good luck to you and thanks again, lol.
