The minivan and the laxative (Senna, but too close for me). It also brings to mind Jude Law's ex, so it strikes me as a "celeb" name, KWIM -- like maybe the parents heard it in the tabloids and thought "oh, that's pretty ... let's use it!).
I think of the car, the Italian town (Siena), and the crayola crayon sienna brown. I'm not a huge fan of the name, but I know two beautiful little girls with the name both born in early 2005.
I immediately think of the burnt sienna Crayola crayon. I do, however, much prefer this name to Sierra, which has been so overused that it's become cheesey, IMO. : )

I like it. It is a bit of a trendy or maybe more modern name. I find it very girly. Not overly popular, which is nice.
Other names that have a similar feel IMO are Taryn, Brooke, Lianna, and Carlen.
