Aside from its positive meaning in modern English, Charisma is nice because in Ancient Greek it means "gift". Not a physical gift, but an intangible gift like the gift of public speaking or the gift of leadership. My parents named me Charisma Joy because I was a gift of joy from God to them. I always thought that was cool, and I've never met anyone else with the same name, although I've heard of others having it on rare occasions.
