Okay, I couldn't post my whole question in the subject, so here it is: What is/are the most unique name(s) you've seen where you actually met the person who has that name?

I have seen lots of strange names as a teacher:

Turquoise (f)

Fluffy (not a nn!)

Eliav (m) prn Ell-ah-vie

Lady

Maralysia (f)

Tydanetria (f)

I went to school with brothers named Shaman and Rom - funny, because their other brother was Steve!

There was a family in my junior high who had kids all named after cars: Ford, Porsche, Chevy, Mercedes, and Jaguar (Jag).

A friend of mine gave her daughters very unusual names: Hannick, Kettie, and Mallaigh.

We have a supermarket checker named Unique!

And finally, I used to process resumes and once saw a man whose first name was Apolloeleven!

I think my name is rather unique. It's Sherri-Dawn. It's the result of my parent's compromise when naming me. My dad liked Sherri and my mom liked Dawn because it means "new beginning". And I have yet to meet anyone with my name.

Just a thought. Good luck!

My cousin is named Maj-kelli (My kelly) Her mother calls her Maj but everyone else usually calls her Kelly. Her brother is named Michael. And they are a pretty normal family so I always wonder where they got the odd name.

I work in an art gallery and we had a male artist named Golden True for awhile. Her changed his last name to true but he was named Golden.

I feel bad for the jello twins... thats really rough.
