Okay, I couldn't post my whole question in the subject, so here it is: What is/are the most unique name(s) you've seen where you actually met the person who has that name?

Thought of two more I've seen (working at a funeral home): Reakus (male) and Menley (female). I really like Menley!

My brother is friends with a guy named Mirsad his younger sisters name is Mirsada. They are from Bosnia, but it is kind of like naming your son Robert and your daughter Roberta or naming your son Andrew and your daughter Andrea or even your son Nicholas and your daughter Nicole, actually come to think of it I went to HS with a guy names Nicholas nn Nick and his older sisters name was Nicole, they called her Nicki or Nicole. Way to confusing for me!!

I went to high school with a whole family of boys that were named for the knights of King Arthur's round table. Galahad was in my grade, Launcelot was in the grade with my kid brother, Gawaine was in the grade with my kid sister, Bedivere was in college and Percivale was in the sixth grade. The cat was Tristan and the family dog was Kay!

They were Eastern Indian and I always thought they had the coolest names.. historical yet spellable (mostly). I never did think to ask what Galahad's parent's names were, but I'd be willing to bet they were ordinary Hindii names. :)

This is from one family that went to my church:

Drake (short for Draconius) boy

Keisa or Kaysa (girl)

My ex bf had a daughter a couple months after I did and named her Snow. (born in Sept or Oct)

Let's see- mine is a little more common than I thought it was: Randi

I went to school with a girl named Quinn

Ashby is my boyfriend's best friend's son's name

My cousin has a daughter named Anaya (Ah-ny-ah)

I have a nephew named Noah

I guess that's all I have for now... other names in my head, but they aren't too unique! LOL!
