Too close to larceny for my taste. Also seems like a trendy combination of Carson and Landon (which I do like, btw), KWIM?

Good point. I saw the name on some credits for a TV show earlier and thought I'd get opinions on it because I had never heard of it before.

Dilated to 1 today so we are getting so very close!

LOL Theresa ... as you know that's how we ended up with Breckin on the list (darn all those movie credit names hehehe). ;)

Congrats on your "progress" (and when are you due, btw?) ... here's to a fast and easy labor! :) I think I get my first "check" next Tuesday, so it should be interesting to find out what's going on "down there" (definitely something, I can tell you that much! Sheesh! LOL).

What are your final contenders at this point anyway? I know they've probably been mentioned but I can't recall.

Due in 2 weeks! We have been all over the place with names with this one. I thought for sure it would be Cameron, but DH is hating the meaning, so I think that is out. We have talked about anything from Joshua to Nolan to everything in between. At this point, it could be anything. I LOVE Breckin still and if we didn't already have a Brendan, I would try to steal it from you!)

Oh, my, Theresa! You don't have much time. ;)

I happened to be re-reading boy names the other night (got through A-M LOL) and noticed another Cam- name in there (besides the more-familiar Cameron, Camden and Campbell) -- Camlin. The -lin ending may be too feminine, but it still might be one you want to keep in mind (especially if it turns out to be a girl ;).

Some others with a similar sound/feel could be Carden (from the black fortress ... kind of mysterious hehe), Carrick, Caspian (borrowed from the sea ... nice for a water-birth baby :), Cian, Ciaran, Colin/Cullin, Colton, Conrad, Corbin, Cormac, Corvin, Cowan, Craig, Creighton/Crayton, Crispin, Cadmon, Owen, Oran, Dorian, Declan, Cillian.

(I know some of these are "out there," but figured you'd considered many others so might as well try for something different ;).
