I like Hamilton quite a bit.. but humbly suggest you pair it with something a bit common (Michael, Christopher, Alexander (well, maybe NOT Alexander LOL) James and the like. I don't know if it will happen, but he may get teased with "Ham" or "Ton" in school. I think that's sad though, Hamilton's a classy sounding name that you can rightfully use (lucky you!)

Teasing possibilities aside, I like the name, a lot. :)

JMHO, as always

Makes me think of Hamilton the pig in the kids TV show "Maggie & the Beast". It's popular enough with kids right now, that it might be cause for teasing in the future. Then again my son is Henry & there are 2 Henry's in kid TV land right now- Henry the Octopus from the "Wiggles" & Henry the penguin in "Oswald" so if you love it, go for it.

Thanks for all the votes and comments. We are aware that he is a cartoon, but aren't concerned, in fact my dd is Olivia, and she pointed out to me this week that she has a pig cartoon too (the Olivia book series) lol, Thanks again for the opinions.
