well, first things first...how do you pronounce it? GRAY-meh?
TIA! :-)

Seems to be a creative name, to me. And I really wouldn't worry about Graeme vs Graham.. most folks have at least seen Graeme and shouldn't give you too much of a hassle.
JMHO, as always

P.S. Edited to say: that using the more Scottish spelling Graeme is definitely going to peg you as a bit of a highbrow (nothing wrong with that in MY book!) And that I have seen this name used more often in creative fields than I have anywhere else. Someone naming their child Graeme it seems, is a more creative person, in general than one using Graham (which, BTW, I think looks sillier since it *is* a cracker!) And wanted to restate that Graeme is a very cool choice. I hope the "why not just spell it right", "unpronouncable", or "silly" comments you've been getting aren't steering you away from a great name. Beats the heck out of Brendan, Brandon or Brennan as far as Celtic names go in my book!
And ff one of my twins ends up being a boy (despite what they've said. He'll more than likely be Simon.. which gets knocked a bit too! Who cares! LOL
