I like it. We're naming our son that edd 7/27. I really like Graeme but dh didn't like that spelling as much! We're going with Graham. I have a feeling this name is going to get very popular! But who cares it's a strong solid name and I really love it. The girl name we'd have used would have been Nora another name I think is going to get really popular. Good luck!

I love Graeme (with that spelling) - it is one of my top 5 boys names. I have known one Graeme and my dh has known one. Neither had difficulty with thier names. Go for it - very cool and classy name.

Absolutely love it! I should LOL it is the name we have picked if this baby is a boy (spelled the same way as you have chosen). Our first son is named Rhys (pronounces Reese) and honestly as long as it is easy to SAY I don't thnk there is an issue (people rarely have problems with Rhys' name after the first correction).

As to the spelling thing, Graeme isn't actually that far out there LOL..I grew up with a Graeme so I didn't even consider it that weird!

And also, my given name is Stephanie (pretty easy right...with the "traditional" "normal" "everyday" spelling. I have to spell my name for people ALL the time (so does my DH who is a Jeffrey). There are very few names out there that don't have more than one spelling (Catherine, Katherine, Katharine, Kathryn anyone LOL!) and your name is most often heard rather than spelt so I really don't see it as an issue. Other than having to spell it when getting a new bank account etc its really a non-issue.
