I'm tired of the first name. Makenna is really trendy, but it has been trendy for awhile now and it will end soon. Personally, I'm tired of hearing the name. Isabelle is nice as a mn, but the two don't flow well together. Here are some ideas of more unique names that are less tired out...
Jacobi Isabelle
Jonnica Isabelle
Alexis Isabelle
Jade Isabelle
Kenzie Isabelle
Lianna Isabelle
Genevieve Isabelle (nn Gigi?)
Larissa Isabelle
Natalie Isabelle
Reese Isabelle
Bronwyn Isabelle
Carys Isabelle
Layla Isabelle

Not really my style, being so similar to all the other Mc/Mak type names so trendy at the moment. Also falls into the whole "son of" trend currently popular for girls (along with Madison, Addison, Emerson, etc.), although I suppose there are still a few people who wouldn't realize that Mc- means this as well.

Technically, the meaning of McKenna would be "son of Cionnaith/Kenneth," but the Ma- beginning and diminutive -a ending make it look like her name would be "my little Kenneth" -- maybe ok if you're naming her after your husband Ken or something, but still not my favorite for a girl. (And I know for some reason "happiness" or something similar is often given as the meaning of this name, but it really make no sense since even without the Mc- prefix it would mean "fire-born/well-born" etc.).

Just some things to consider with this particular name.
