Jennifer, here are my opinions on your choices.

Girl:

Jorja- I like this name, its fun and spunky.
Kylah- Cute, but I'd leave the h off the end.
Emma- WAY too trendy for me to like it.
Mikaylah- Okay name, but I really don't care for this spelling. I prefer Michaela.

Boy:

Quinn- On my list of top names. I really like this one.
Jackson- Its okay, not my fav.
Mason- Totally love it!

Girl:

Jorja - while this is not my style, I like it - could be because of CSI.
Kylah - I like this, but the "h" seems unnecessary.
Emma - I really like "Emma", but it is VERY popular.
Mikaylah - while I think this sounds pretty, I've never really cared for it.

Boy:

Quinn - I really like this. It's simple and classic sounding, but not very commonly used.
Jackson - I'm OK with Jackson, but I do know several.
Mason - I like Mason - it sound spunky and classic at the same time.

Honest first impressions:

Jorja - looks really ethnic - maybe Slavic. Unless there's a great reason for the spelling, Georgia has the same sound but looks much nicer, in my opinion

Kylah - the "K" names like Kaylee, etc. are not my style. Too trendy for me. I don't love the sound of Kylah, and it looks like the name Kyle all twisted up. It doesn't look serious enough for a grown woman with a serious career

Emma - very pretty name. Classic, but extremely popular, as you probably know. I think it's peaked now, though. Lily and Sophie/Sophia seem to be the new Emmas.

Mikaylah - while Michaela is fine, the Mikaylah spelling takes a classic name and turns it into an oddly spelled trendy name. It doesn't give off a good vibe, imo

Emma and Georgia (spelled this way) would be my picks

Boy:

Quinn - this is fine, although I think it's becoming unisex

Jackson - this is fine, but getting pretty popular

Mason - this is OK, but I think it's becoming unisex, if you can beleive it.

I'd go with Jackson out of your choices.

Jorja- nms, but I know that it has been popular on these boards so other people like it.
Kylah- I love this name. Ky is a cute nn. I prefer it spelt Kyla.
Emma- pretty
Mikaylah- prefer spelt Mckayla. Getting a bit old...
How about Sienna, Larissa, Celeste, Sarah, or Alyssa?

I really love all of the boys names you have chosen. I think Mason is my favourite, but all are nice.

Love all the boy names! Jorja I would like if spelled Georgia, Kylah I like but prefer spelled Kyla, Emma is absolutely beautiful if you don't mind it's popularity, and Mikaylah, not really my style. I would prefer Makayla, and actually just Kayla.

Good luck,
Ali

Girl:

Jorja--not fond of this spelling, but the name itself is nice
Kylah--like the pp's, I prefer this name without an h. I think it has a classis sound to it.
Emma-- wonderful classic name. Like others said, it is a bit popular... but personally, I don't think that's the end of the world.
Mikaylah-- Like the pp's, I prefer the traditional spelling of this name. I think that this is my favorite of all your girl names.

Boy:
I love all your choices for boys!
Quinn-- love it! Very unique, but not too "out there"
Jackson-- I am biased with this name, it is my DS's name. Whenever I tell people his name, I get really great feedback. So many people tell me how much they like it. Plus... I doubt there will ever be a girl in his class with this name, it is all boy.
Mason--I like this name. It will take him from being a boy to adulthood just fine.

For the girls I like Kylah best, then Mikaylah and Emma, but I'm not crazy about Jorja. For the boys I like all of the names, but mostly Quinn.
