The only name that me and my husband can agree on for our unborn baby girl is Trinity Jade. Problem is, everyone in our families hate the name. What do you think?

I really don't like it. I know it's getting popular, but to me trinity will always be a word, not a name.
Sorry, I don't care for it either.
I don't like it either - Even though I am Catholic, I think the religious connotation to the name is unfair to the child.
it's different that using Biblical names - this is a religious "word" that did not start out as a name. I was really surprised when I saw that people had started using it as a name. I don't approve of it.

good luck
I do agree that the overt religious association would be a negative for me. Also, it is very heavily associated with "The Matrix." And finally, trinity means "three" so it's not like there's a particularly attractive meaning to the name.
That being said, if you and your husband love the name, you should use it (or you will probably regret not using it). The fact is, some people like more off-beat or trendy names, and others prefer more classic names. That's what makes the world go round!
Trinity Jade does have a nice flow, and both names have a modern, trendy quality. You could always use nn Trini, which is sort of cute.
If you are looking for alternatives that have a similar sound and are also sort of trendy/modern/unusual rather than classic, how about Tierney? I really like that name. Tierney Jade would work; I even like Tierney Jane better!
Good luck!
Sorry, I agree with your family. Trinity Jade is really not a good name at all. Think of it this way: First of all, it's a trendy name. That means that it's more likely that 17 other little Trinitys will be in her class at school. Secondly, can you picture a Trinity as President of the United States? Or even as president of a large law firm, or advertising firm? Or sewn onto a doctor's white coat? Surely you must have high hopes for your daughter's future, and as such, you should give her a strong name that will grow with her.
Trinity is very adolescent and it's a name that will work against her in the future rather than work for her. Give her a name that people will take seriously. I don't mean that you have to name her Catherine or Sarah, but surely there's some name out there besides Trinity that you and your husband can agree on.
Why not name her Jade? I love this name, and it's unusual, but elegant. I also didn't mind a previous poster's suggestion of Tierney.
personally, the name Trinity is nms for its trendiness and considering that we practice a non-trinitarian form of christianity---its not something that we would choose to name our child. that said---i LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it sounds!!! (i have to admit that i'm also a sucker for the word-name Divinity for that same "-inity" ending.)
Jade--i could take or leave. i DO think the two names work well together and if you like the name, use it. as my folks said when we announced our first pregnancy and the names we had selected (Anastazia Lukas and Rocco Stephen) "The names just arent as important with a grandchild".
congrats!

I love it...if you like it, use it. Your family will come to love it as your childs name...
my inlaws hated dd's name when we first told them..a year later my mil told me that she couldn't imagine her named anything else and that she loved her name now...
btw her name is: Devin Michele...
I personally love the name Trinity Jade, but I understand the desire to have family like the name. Is there anything similar you can agree on that they might like? I'm not trying to dissuade you from using it, because I think even if they hate it now, once they see that precious little baby, they'll change their minds! Good luck to you and your husband :-)
