I like the name, but i find both first and last too popular for my tastes. I do like it best of your choices, though.

Thought I know boht boys and girls named Riley, I personally prefer it for a boy. I LOVE Sophia, but it is so, so so popular, My vote is Sierra Grace. It's feminin and not too popular and very pretty.
I know 3 little girls around 2 with the name RIley.
Sophia gets my vote.
I prefer Sierra spelled with a "C" though, for some reason.
"Ciera Grace" or "Ceara Grace"'
either way a FIVE star name.
