I don't think Rose is too flowery, and I really like the 1 syllable MN with Liliana. My second choice would be Marie, but I think Liliana would sound best with a short MN (and Rose is lovely!).

Liliana Rose = Lily on a rose


choose a more 'name-y' mn... I prefer Elizabeth

I think that Rose is fine, not too flowery with Lily. but my main reason for choosing it is the same as the first poster. Liliana has 4 syllables, it just seems too much to give a long middle name too. If you are open to other suggestions for middle names, I would suggest anything with one or at most two syllables.
