I'm afraid that Elliot/Eliot has become a popular trendster name for girls, I guess because of the nickname Ellie. Logan is also crossing over into girl territory...the way Taylor did a few years back. I've never run across the name Kearsley before, but if I met a child with this name I'd probably assume it was a girl, due to the "lee" sound at the end and the fact that it starts with a K, which is a very popular letter for trendy names like Kaylee.
Eh, just because a couple of ppl use boys' names on their girls doesn't mean they're becoming unisex!
I love the name Elliott for a boy. I don't even understand how Elliott and Logan can appeal to girl baby namers!
