Misha Rose - I like the sound of this, but I immediately think of a little Russian boy, followed closely by Mischa Barton (the thought, not the little Russian boy LOL).
I do like Mila and Mina, since you asked for suggestions. You could also use Mila as a nn for Emilia, Amelia or Milena, if you wanted something more formal. That seems to fit with your style very well, since Mila is obviously similar to Misha and Isabella is a bit more "frilly" (like Emilia, Amelia and Milena). Similarly, you could use Misha as a nn for Mariska -- love that, btw -- or a feminine form of Michael, like Michaela. ;)
Isabella Rose -- the names alone are fine. In fact, I'm sure there are thousands of little girls out there with this exact fn/mn combo (not that it should stop you if popularity isn't a concern). However, I really dislike the fact that this sounds quite literally like the question "Is a bell a rose?" Actually, the name spells out those words to the letter, if you notice.
I'd either pair Isabella with a different, non-word mn (assuming Rose doesn't have special meaning), change it to Isobel to avoid the "phrasiness" or keep looking. Besides Isobel, you may like some other related name/form of Isabella/Elizabeth -- Annelise/Anneliese, Bethan, Eilis, Elisa, Eliza, Elsa, Elspeth, Ilsa, Liesel, Lieselotte, Liselotte, Sabela, Sibeal or Shibley, to name a few.
Or maybe another "belle/elle" type name, like Annabel, Arabella, Gabrielle/a, Abrielle, Claribel, Norabel, Mirabel(le), Mirabella, Maribel, Mabel, Adele/a, Araceli, etc.
FWIW, Isabella and Sophia/Sofia always go hand-in-hand in my mind, so you may like that as well.
HTH ;)

When I noticed that your other DD is Taylah, it makes it easy for me.

Thank you all for your thoughts. I too agree that Isbella is now extremly popular, but also with Rose as a mn, i wasn't aware of that.... and as we found out yesterday, aparently my sister had already put her hand up for the name Bella (Belladonna actually)since she was 16, for when she has a girl, so she wasn't that happy when we told her that Isabella was one of our suggestions.. but anyway... personally im leaning towards Misha Rose...
So thanks again for all your thoughts and sugestions... very much appreciated!
Best wishes to everyone
