I actually like all of these, and especially love both Norah and Tessa, but think Norah works best as a stand-alone name. If you had Theresa/Teresa, Therese or even simply Tess as the given name, with Tessa as a pet form, my vote could have gone either way.
I have a friend (mid-30's) named Hawley. I think it's an entirely different name than Holly, despite the same pronounciation. And I don't think of it as a trendy misplelling (though I have no history on the name). Anyway, for me, Holly is OK, but Hawley is super cute!
But I also like Norah. I think Tessa is more common, so if you're looking for you're daughter to be the only one in her class with a certain name, I'd go with Norah or Holly.

I voted for Holly (that's my name-LOL!)

Good luck!
